RL9 - XCT based dimensional metrology
The Manufacturing Metrology Group (MMG) at KU Leuven is a pioneer in the field of dimensional metrology and is dedicated to bringing XCT to measurement maturity. The focus here is on XCT instrument calibration, development of software algorithms for enhancing XCT measurements, determination of XCT measurement uncertainty, process optimization, XCT simulation, and providing customized solutions for specific XCT measurement tasks.
